Friends of Odderøya
We are a good group who like to work tirelessly to preserve Odderøya's distinctive history, and make it possible for the local population and others to enjoy the wonderful area Odderøya is.
VOLUNTEERING AWARD 2013
In 2013, Odderøya's Friends received Kristiansand municipality's Volunteerism Award. This was given following submitted proposals and was given as recognition of the work the association does to facilitate fine nature experiences and to convey the island's 400 years of military history.
The award was and is a great inspiration for us and was well received. The price was NOK 25,000.
